The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met throughout my stay. The rooms were well-equipped, with all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay. I particularly appreciated the very comfortable beds, which allowed me to have a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The staff were really helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any questions. the breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from. the location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation.
The room was not up to standard, with the heat not working properly and having to ask for additional blankets. There were no slippers or face towels provided, which was inconvenient.

The hotel's location, within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and the Altstadt, was perfect. The rooms were clean and modern, and the staff were friendly. The hotel was close to the Asian neighborhood, which was a great plus. Despite being situated on the street side, we experienced very little street noise. a great stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Dusseldorf. The location was very convenient, with the train station and bars within walking distance. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a comfortable bed, TV, and plenty of storage space.
