The staff were really helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any questions. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation.
The room was not up to standard, with the heat not working properly and having to ask for additional blankets. There were no slippers or face towels provided, inconvenient.

The hotel's location, within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and the Altstadt, was perfect. The rooms were clean and modern, and the staff were friendly. The hotel was close to the Asian neighborhood, a great plus. Despite being situated on the street side, we experienced very little street noise. a great stay.
Nothing all good.
